Monogramic.com provides handcrafted monogram logos created by professional designers (non-AI). All logos are sold as digital products in vector formats (SVG).
2. Intellectual Property & License
Ownership: All designs displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Monogramic.com until purchased.
Usage License: Upon successful payment, Monogramic grants the buyer a non-exclusive, perpetual, and worldwide license to use the purchased logo for personal or commercial branding.
Resale Restriction: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, sub-licensing, or redistributing the digital files as standalone products or as part of a design template/stock collection.
3. No AI Guarantee
We guarantee that every logo sold on Monogramic.com is created by human designers. We do not use AI generation tools in our creative process to ensure the uniqueness and artistic integrity of your brand.
4. Payments and Downloads
All payments are processed securely.
Once payment is confirmed, a download link for the SVG vector files will be provided immediately.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid email address for delivery.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products (instant download), all sales are final. Once the file has been downloaded or the link has been sent, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. If you encounter technical issues with the file, please contact our support team.
6. Limitation of Liability
Monogramic.com shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the purchased designs or the website itself.
